Background

Copenhagen Coffee Lab is founded with a mutual passion for coffee, baked goods, and strong artisanship. Two of the four founders have many years experience with coffee and helped develop Copenhagen Coffee Labs' own roastery while the two additional founders come from a background as master bakers. The combination of coffee and baked goods have therefore been a natural part of Copenhagen Coffee Labs from the beginning.

Quality and craftmanship is the core of Copenhagen Coffee Labs' approach. From selection and roasting of coffee beans, to production of bread and cakes, we're working ongoing with developing new method, tastes, and products. The goal is not just to create products of high quality, but to give guests and customers an experience where the engagement and craftmanship can be both tasted and felt.

Copenhagen Coffee Lab is therefore just as much about humans as it is about coffee, bread and cakes. From the roastery and bakery in Copenhagen, to the employees in the cafés, the ambition is to create a culture where people do their best, develop their craft, and go the extra mile to deliver quality and great experiences.
