General
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, MobilePay, and PayPal.
We will charge you on the day your order is shipped.
Yes, you can change or cancel your order until it has been processed in our roastery.
Contact us at webshop@cphcoffeelab.com and provide your name, email, and order number (we respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays).
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of coffee products.
Otherwise, in accordance with European commercial law, all products can be returned within 14 days of dispatch if they are in their original packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and the problem in the subject line, and if possible, attach a photo of the delivered products in the shipping box used for delivery. We will then find a solution.

Coffee
Drawing on our many years of experience in the field, our roasters profile each batch according to its terroir, processing method, and brewing method, ensuring precise development of each batch so that no discovery of the roasting process can ever distract you from the true taste experience of the coffee. Together with our extensive daily quality control, this allows for dynamic and progressive roast profiling and a consistent product regardless of quantity.
If your bag remains unopened, the coffee will still taste fine many months after roasting. Coffee deteriorates as it ages and loses some of its vibrancy. Remember to reseal the bag or use an alternative airtight container.
Resting time is an important aspect of coffee brewing, so be sure to experiment to find out how long you should wait after the roast date. For espresso, we recommend between 1 and 2 weeks of rest, for filter coffee, we can recommend a shorter resting period.
Store the coffee in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
We roast coffee daily at our roastery in Copenhagen. You can expect your coffee to be shipped within two weeks of roasting.
Yes, we do. We offer to grind your coffee for either filter or French press. Select your grind preference in the option button on any product page.

You can brew all our coffees as you like. Read more about our approach to coffee brewing and find brewing guides for the most common brewing methods here. If you have specific brewing requests, please contact us.
Water accounts for more than 98% of a black brew and about 90% of an espresso, so the chosen water makes a big difference to all aspects of the brew's final character.
Shipping
We ship to 25 European countries. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Track your parcel by clicking on the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation email.
In Denmark, orders are delivered within 1-3 days from dispatch. International orders shipped with our postal service take 3-10 business days but can take up to 15 days. (Please wait until after this timeframe to inquire about your package).
If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days of dispatch, please send us a message with a brief description of the problem, your email address, and your order number. We will then send a request to our carrier to locate your parcel.
It depends on where you live and whether you want delivery to a parcel shop or to your address. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. You can read more about delivery and prices here.
Free shipping automatically applies to all orders over DKK 700.
