How Do I Track My Shipment?

When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
In Denmark, orders are delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch. International orders shipped with GLS take 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Please see the list above for more precise delivery times.
I Have Not Received My Order Within the Expected Delivery Time. What Should I Do?
If you have not received your parcel within 8 business days from dispatch, please send us a message with a short description of the issue, together with your email address and order number.
We will then submit a request to our carrier to locate your parcel.
