Brewing Guide

Filter: We recommend 30g to 400ml water, poured over 240 seconds.
Water temperature should be 96°C.

Espresso: We recommend a dose of 20g finely ground coffee with an output of 40g, corresponding to a brew ratio of approx. 1:2. The extraction should be completed in 27–33 seconds at a brew temperature of 94°C.
