Negrisa – Peru

Notes of milk chocolate, complemented by the natural sweetness of pecans and red apples.

Beans

Organic espresso from Peru.

This organic coffee provides a smooth and well-balanced espresso experience. The cup opens with deep notes of milk chocolate, complemented by the natural sweetness of pecans and red apples. A subtle hint of malic acid adds a crispness and vibrancy that makes the flavor profile distinct yet accessible. The result is a clean and rounded espresso that works beautifully on its own – but also retains its character in milk-based drinks like a flat white or cappuccino.

This espresso comes from a lush, mountainous region in Peru. The beans are grown at high altitudes with warm days and cold nights, maturing slowly, which gives them a dense structure and an aromatic cup with many layers.
