Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a coffee roastery, wholesaler, café, and bakery chain founded in Copenhagen in 2013. Since then, we have made our mark in Denmark and across Europe with 45+ cafés in Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal.

Job description
As a driver, you play a crucial role in delivering our freshly baked goods to our chain of high-end cafés. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and safe packaging and transport of bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service for our colleagues in the bakery and cafés.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of baked goods to our cafés.
• Verify and assist with the accuracy of bakery products loaded for delivery, ensuring they meet the high standards set by the company.
• Help manage and organize the bakery's delivery inventory to optimize efficiency during the delivery process.
• Operate and maintain bakery delivery vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of products, vehicles, and the public during deliveries.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of delivery vehicles, and report any issues promptly to management.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers and café staff, providing a positive and friendly experience.

Qualifications

• You are reliable, honest, positive, and open to receiving training.
• Possess a valid and clean driver's license with proven experience in safe driving.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in delivery schedules or routes.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with the bakery and café team.
• Knowledge of the local area and effective navigation skills.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean driving record.
