Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a handmade coffee roastery, wholesale, coffee shop and bakery chain, founded in Copenhagen in 2013. Since 2013, we have marked our presence in Denmark and throughout Europe with 50 coffee shops in Denmark, Germany, France and Portugal. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our coffee shop operations and inspire a team of talented employees.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing outstanding guest service and setting high standards for your team.
- Oversee all coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering their career growth and providing continuous support.
- Ensure overall team performance and individual development, including sales and customer relationship knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage across shifts and stepping in when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the coffee shop and other departments, relaying vital information to the team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including inventory management and ordering necessary supplies.
- Adhere to financial procedures and ensure responsible money management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly coffee shop environment, including regular equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food control regulations, prioritizing hygiene and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular meetings with coffee shop staff to foster communication and team engagement.
- Participate in cluster meetings and attend weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the District Manager.
- Administrative duties: While the majority of your time will be spent on the shop floor, it's crucial for the store manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently. This can include inventory management, scheduling, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
Note: The administrative work should not exceed 20% of the total working hours to maintain a balance between front-of-house responsibilities and managerial tasks. Additionally, as part of this role, the store manager will be required to work every second weekend and undertake one opening and one closing shift per week to ensure smooth shop operations and support the needs of the team.

- Proven experience in a leadership role with experience in leading teams and the ability to train and develop staff.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine love for quality coffee and pastries.
