We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, overseeing staff, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that require attention.
• Manages schedule changes, staff call-ins, and other staffing matters to maintain smooth operations while the Store Manager is absent.
• Step in for absent employees and ensure the business continues to run smoothly.
• Lead by example and serve as a role model for the team by consistently delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks to employees and keep track of daily activities.
• Conduct training and provide one-on-one guidance to employees in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Resolve disputes between employees and foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best by recognizing and encouraging their achievements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide updates to the Store Manager and collaborate on operational responsibilities.
• Assist in managing tasks assigned by the Store Manager to foster overall success.
• Cover all Store Manager responsibilities during their absence, ensuring the smooth functioning of the store.
