We are incredibly proud to continue our collaboration with Danche Washing Station in Ethiopia - this time presenting Bildimoo Danche, a coffee that stands apart from all our other coffees.

The transition to a natural processing method has yielded an entirely new flavor profile, offering a fresh perspective on what this extraordinary terroir can produce. The high-altitude environment combined with the meticulous drying process on raised African beds has elevated this coffee to new heights of sweetness and complexity.

Hvor længe anbefaler I, at jeg bruger kaffen?

Hvis din pose forbliver uåbnet, vil kaffen stadig smage fint i mange måneder efter ristningen. Kaffe bliver dårligere, når den ældes, og mister noget af sin livskraft. Husk at lukke posen igen, eller brug en alternativ lufttæt beholder.

Hviletid er et vigtigt aspekt af kaffebrygning, så sørg for at eksperimentere for at finde ud af, hvor lang tid du skal vente efter ristningsdatoen. Til espresso anbefaler vi mellem 1 og 2 ugers hvile, til filterkaffe kan vi anbefale en kortere hvileperiode.
