We are now looking for new franchise partners who want to help develop our café concept in existing and new locations.
Process
An international café concept
Copenhagen Coffee Lab started in Copenhagen with the ambition of creating cafés built on strong craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Today we operate around 50 cafés across Europe and have activities in Denmark, Germany, France and Portugal.
Our coffee is roasted at our own roastery, and our cafés receive freshly baked bread from our own bakeries.
This gives us full control over quality and makes coffee and baked goods a central part of the experience in our cafés.

Take over an existing café
Several of our franchise opportunities are already established cafés.
This means you can take over a fully fitted café that is already in operation.
In these cases, the franchise partner takes over an existing business with equipment, interior setup, and an established customer base.

Your role
Your own café – backed by a strong concept
As a franchise partner, you operate your own café based on our proven concept.
You are responsible for the daily operations, staff management, and the local development of the café.
We provide the brand, concept, products, and ongoing support, and we work closely with franchise partners to continue developing the chain.
Before taking over your café, you will go through a comprehensive training programme in one of our existing cafés. This ensures that you are familiar with the concept, daily operations, products, and standards, so you are well prepared to run your own location from day one.
Who Are We Looking For?
Who can become a franchise partner?
We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who want to operate their own café and build a strong local business.
To become a franchise partner, its an requirement that you:
- have a genuine interest in coffee, cafés and hospitality
- have experience in management or running a business
- have experience with staff management and team leadership
- have strong business understanding and the ability to run a local operation
- have the financial capacity to invest in and operate a café
It is an advantage if you also:
- have experience from the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- are familiar with working within a concept or brand framework
