Dishwasher & Kitchen Assistant – København, Danmark
Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a welcoming and vibrant brunch café, where we take pride in serving freshly prepared, high-quality food every day. We value a positive atmosphere both in the kitchen and throughout the café, and we are looking for a new team member who would like to become an important part of our kitchen team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Carrying out tasks related to the dishwashing area
- Preparing and cooking brunch dishes
- Plating and serving food in close collaboration with the rest of the team
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining the kitchen
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Working closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth and friendly service
- Helping the Front of House with cleaning tables, running drinks etc.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a genuine interest in food and a strong work ethic
- Is responsible, punctual, and well organised
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently without compromising on quality
- Holds a valid hygiene certificate or is willing to obtain one
- Has previous experience in a similar position (preferred, but not required)
