(We think we just made a new friend). From the Cauca region of Colombia, this coffee is grown in small plots and within small communities. Through their outstanding work on the ground we sourced the El Aguila. Through this partnership we hope to keep pushing for higher quality, compassion for the environment and better jobs with higher pay. When it makes your acquaintance look for rich chocolate and sweet apple flavours, with a hidden florality and a hint of tropical fruit.
