Our new organic espresso from Peru.

This organic espresso comes from the Cajamarca region in northern Peru – a lush, mountainous area near the Ecuadorian border. Grown at high altitudes with warm days and cold nights, the beans mature slowly, developing a dense structure and a layered, aromatic cup.

Produced by the Sol & Café cooperative – a community of over 1.000 smallholder farmers – this coffee is rooted in both quality and sustainability. Since 2003, Sol & Café has been committed to organic and Fairtrade-certified production, while also investing in social and environmental projects like topsoil regeneration, organic gardens, beekeeping, and community education.

Cajamarca delivers a smooth and well-balanced espresso experience. The cup opens with deep notes of milk chocolate, complemented by the natural sweetness of ripe red berries and red apple. A subtle touch of citrus acidity adds brightness and liveliness, making the flavour both complex and approachable. The result is a clean and rounded espresso that works beautifully on its own – but also holds its character well in milk-based drinks like flat white or cappuccino.
