Your tasks

• You will be responsible for managing your own cafe.
• You’ll be working from the cafe. Here you will support CCL’s overall strategy and values which you are responsible for communicating to the employees and ensuring its implementation.
• You will be carrying out the onboarding- developing and motivation of the employees, to ensure retention.    
• You will ensure efficient workflows.
• You will ensure compliance with HACCP/ hygiene regulations.
• Throughout your work with KPIs, you must ensure compliance with sales- and operating budgets.

Your qualifications

• You have leadership qualities, ideally in a comparable position within the industry.
• Your strengths include good communication skills and being appreciative – thereby enabling you to retain employees for longer periods.
• You have a high level of teamwork, diligence and reliability.
• You have an independent and structured way of thinking. 
• You are strong in working with numbers and know how to work with KPI reports.
