We are looking for a structured and execution-focused E-commerce Coordinator to become an important part of the team supporting our roastery and webshop in Copenhagen.

You will work closely with our E-commerce Specialist and external partners to operate and optimize our current setup. There is a short path from idea to action, and you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the development of our digital business.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a coffee roastery, wholesaler, and café and bakery chain founded in Copenhagen in 2013. Today, we operate more than 48 cafés across Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal.

Your primary responsibilities

• Execute and collaborate on the day-to-day operation of the Shopify webshop
• Publish and update products, pages, and content – for example in connection with product launches or campaigns
• Write blog posts on coffee-related topics based on our content plan, in collaboration with our SEO agency
• Plan and send newsletters in Klaviyo, as well as maintain and optimize email flows
• Handle customer service and inquiries from the B2C webshop
• Analyze data, measure performance, and optimize the impact of initiatives
• Prepare annual CSR/CSE reporting and continuously collect and structure data related to B Corp certification

We imagine that you

• Have a couple of years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Are structured and strong in coordination and execution
• Thrive in both writing tasks and hands-on operational work
• Have an interest in coffee – otherwise, you will get one
• Communicate confidently in both Danish and English
• Have experience with Shopify and preferably Klaviyo
• Have a flair for graphic setup, photography, or layout – a strong plus, but not a requirement
