We accept payments with Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Quickpay, MobilePay and PayPal.

We charge you on the day your order is shipped.

Yes. You can change or cancel your order until it’s been processed from our roastery.

Please contact us and provide name, email, and order number along with any changes you might have (we respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays).

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of coffee products.

For anything else, in accordance to European trade laws, all products can be returned within 14 days of shipment, if they are in their original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please tell us your order number and the issue in the subject line and optionally attach an photo of the delivered products inside the shipping box used for the delivery. After that, we will come up with a solution.

Coffee

Our coffee has a shelf life of 6 months. Our coffee performs best when thoroughly rested. For both espresso and filter brewing they peak after 30 days.

Keep the coffee in a sealed container, in a cool and dark place. 

We roast everyday and specifically for each order at our roastery in Sydhavnen. You can expect your coffee to be dispatched within 7 days from roasting.

Yes. We offer to grind your coffee for either Espresso, Filter or French-Press. Select your grind preference in the selection-tap at any product page.

You can brew all of our coffees any way you want. Learn more about our approach to coffee brewing and find brew guides for the most common brewing methods here. If you have any specific requests regarding brewing, please contact us.

Water makes up more than 98% of a black brew and around 90% of an espresso, so the water chosen makes a huge difference to all aspects of the final character of the brew. Read more about the use of water here. 

Shipping

Currently we ship to 25 European countries.

Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Denmark.

Track your package by clicking the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation email.

In Denmark orders are delivered within 1-3 days from shipment. International orders shipped with our Postal delivery takes 3-10 business days, but may take up to 15 days. (Please wait until after this timeframe to inquire about your package).

If you havn’t received your package within 15 weekdays from shipment please send us a message with a short description of the issue along with you email address and order number.

We will then send a request to our carrier to locate your package. 

It depends on where you live and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. You can read more about delivery and prices here (link).

From 30th August 2022 free shipping will automatically be applied to all coffee orders with value above +400 DKK within Denmark and +700 DKK for International orders.

Yes, you can use our wifi for free in all our cafes.

Yes. It is possible in most of our cafes. It will be visible which tables/areas where possible
