Trade terms
General
All purchases at https://copenhagencoffeelab.com are made with Copenhagen Coffee Lab ApS (CVR 40207929).
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice due to typographical errors, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.
Payments
Debit cards are the most secure form of payment online. As a consumer, you are ensured against fraud and missing deliveries. You will be able to claim the amount paid back at any time (in the event of a dispute, the amount will be withheld by your bank until a possible court settles the dispute).
Credit Card Payment
The amount will not be charged to your card until the goods are picked up or shipped from Copenhagen Coffee Lab ApS. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase.
Cancellation
As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last lot. The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will cancel your purchase. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. If you are missing a country in the list, please contact us at webshop@cphcoffeelab.com and we will evaluate if we can ship to you in another country.
Return
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Danish law, food products such as coffee and tea cannot be returned, as these goods are not suitable for resale for hygiene and quality reasons.
Other products may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment, provided that they are returned unused and in their original packaging.
During the withdrawal period, you are responsible for handling the goods with due care. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and which makes the goods unsuitable for resale.
Refunds in Case of a Valid Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the conditions above, we will refund the payment for the returned goods.
We will also refund standard delivery costs. However, the following costs are not refunded:
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
Uncollected parcels / returned shipments
If an order is not collected from a parcel shop or is returned to us due to failed delivery, this does not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Food products such as coffee and tea are not refunded in cases of non-collection.
In such cases, we offer reshipment of the order subject to payment of a new shipping fee.
For non-food items, a refund of the product price may be agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer bears responsibility for the goods from the time of dispatch until delivery or collection has taken place.

Exchange
If you wish to make an exchange for a different product, please create and place a new order for the desired product(s). Send the returning product(s) to us as soon as possible to prevent the risk of the desired product(s) becoming sold out. Please let us know by sending an informative e-mail to webshop@cphcoffeelab.com.
Complaint

Sold out items
If an item is sold out or unavailable, we will replace as far as possible with an equivalent item if the alternative is identical to the original item. In cases that cannot be immediately replaced with a similar item, you will receive an email where you can choose whether you want us to try to get the item, which will mean that the order is postponed. You can also choose here if you want to accept the defect and that we will send the rest of the order. Or if you want to cancel the order completely. If the order has been ordered with payment via credit card and the item cannot be delivered and no alternative can be found, we will deliver the rest of the order and deduct only the amount corresponding to the goods delivered on the credit card.
Abuse or hacking
In the event of any abuse or hacking of the webshop, we reserve the right to cancel orders and related deliveries.
